Our weekly walking sessions are a great way to get fresh air, move your legs and enjoy chit chat with others. After our walk we head back to the café for a cup of tea. No need to sign up, just turn up.

Every Friday, 11.30am - 12.15pm, Camelon - meet in Forth Valley Sensory Centre garden.
Every Friday, 1.15pm - 2pm, Stirling - meet at Riverbank Resource Centre.


Our solo and adaptive cycle sessions run April - October each year and prove to be one of our most popular activities. We have various bikes on offer such as solo bikes, trikes, tandems, side by side tandems, wheelchair loader and hand crank bike.

Every Thursday (April- October) - 1 hour sessions run from 12noon to 4pm, at Zetland Park in Grangemouth.

  • Booking is essential - participants are normally given a 6 week block
  • Group bookings also available

Our fun fitness sessions are a great way to build fitness, improve confidence, meet others and get active in a supportive environment. Please contact Eva on the below details before attending for the first time.
