Forth Valley Disability Sport is saddened to here of the death of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, yesterday at her beloved Scottish home, Balmoral Castle, surrounded by her family. We wish King Charles III and the wide family our deepest condolences and may the King’s reign be long,
We ask all our members to be respectful to all others during the time of national mourning.

Youngsters from across Falkirk Schools, along with Active Schools coordinators Fiona MacKay and Lisa Male, were presented with the UK children’s charity’s Outstanding Contribution to the Community Award this week.
Forth Valley Disability Sport held their AGM and Awards online over Zoom on Monday 21 February 2022. The purpose of the award ceremony is to reward and acknowledge the hard work and dedication of athletes, coaches and volunteers in 2021.
While the overall objective of the ‘Nanairo Ekiden’ (7 colour Japanese relay) series is to teach participants about the 7 Olympic/Paralympic values, this event additionally focused on emphasizing the importance of International Women’s Day within sports, whilst bringing Scottish and Japanese culture together.
